Scheduling Your Appointment

Schedule an In-Office Appointment Online (preferred method)
Please click the blue icon “REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT” in the bottom right hand corner of the website and follow the prompts.
You will receive an initial email regarding your appointment REQUEST.
***Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email within 1 business day, please call our office to confirm your appointment.***
*Rescheduling an Online Appointment: Proceed with booking a new appointment and please call or email us to cancel your original appointment time.
Please note that there will be a $50 fee for any last minute cancellations or no show appointment ($100 fee for any surgical, microneedling or Saturday appointments). If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment to avoid the fee.
